Surya Brasil Amazonia Preciosa Brazil Nut Hair Mask: It's Lovely

While I may not have particularly rated the face mask, it is a different story with Amazonia Preciosa’s Natural, vegan and organic Brazil Nut Hair Mask. Everything about the packaging is recyclable and ethically sourced making it a pleasure to use knowing you are not completely wrecking the planet or your pocket. €11.50 (120g) is the euro pricing from www.yourtonic.com and I recon this particular mask for dry hair is worth every cent.

I broke the golden blogger rule: I used it before I Photographed it!

It is a little strange to use for the first time. They recommend using it once or twice a week on shampooed hair and leaving it in for 10 minutes. Covering your head with a "thermal cap" or shower cap intensifies the treatment.

Directions & all natural ingredients

It is very thick coming out of the tube and smells exactly like ground brazil nuts, do yourself a favour and double the usual blob that you would use. so After shampooing and a rough towel dry, I need about three or four €2 sized blobs to do my hair. I do it in stages because as soon as this touches my locks it gets sucked up like it was never there. Because there are no silicones in the formula don't expect this to glide through your hair... you are going to need to work it through in sections and you are going to need to work it into your hair and scalp, but the hard work is totally worth it. I promise.

My well loved tube. I have used it about 5 times now and I love it!

Because after sitting with your head in clingfilm (Its the only thing I use my inherited roll of clingfilm for) for 10 or 20 minutes and after rinsing out the residue that is left, your hair is super silky soft. And Shiny. And gorgeous. Your scalp is going to thank you for this too due to all of the nourishing oils and minerals in the mask that is so good for scalps.

It is extremely thick... and my hair sucks it up

Amazonia Preciosa have a hair mask for every hair qualm:
Ucuuba Hair Mask for curly and fragile hair. Controls volume, hydrates, softens and shapes curls. Increases hair strength and manageability.
Buriti Hair Mask for dyed and damaged hair. Rich in Vitamin A, naturally absorbs UV rays.
Murumuru Hair Mask for oily hair. Protects and strengthens the hair. Regulates and cleanses the excess of oil, while moisturising dry tips.
Cupuacu Hair Mask for normal and straight hair. Protects, thickens and strengthens hair.
and the Brazil Nut Hair Mask for dry hair. Rich in Vitamins E, B1, B3, B6, Omega-3s, copper and zinc.

The consistency is almost like body butter and it is just as nourishing

Along with the Surya Brasil Henna Colour Cream I am really enjoying using this super slick silver tube of hair goodness and I am recommending them to everybody that I talk to at the moment because I am really liking them so much.

www.Yourtonic.com is the Irish supplier of Surya Brasil products and the place to go for the rest of the Amazonia Preciosa range
