I popped along to The Black Door, a gorgeous new social club on Harcourt Street in Dublin and was welcomed at the door by a lovely bubbly rosé.
So after having the chats with Fellow bloggers who I rarely get to see In Real Life and being wined and dined (mini hamburgers, hotdogs, mini pizzas and fries) the purpose of our visit was unveiled... the new serum. The Vichy Guru's have identified 4 main Behavioral Ageing Dimensions:
After using Vichy Idéalia Life Serum for just 8 short days, 78 women reported the following:
Pretty impressive... Vichy are claiming to reverse behavioral ageing with their exclusive ingredient LR2412 (derived from the jasmine flower) and LHA (a derivative of salicylic acid). These work together to speed epidermal repair and improve the quality of the skin. Vichy says this will "erase damages of the PAST, cushion Present damage, protect from Future shocks", even for sensitive skin. Very Impressive.
And Vichy is so confident of their serums effectiveness, they made us eat ice-cream, from a proper hat-wearing ice-cream man... Yummy!
In our press packs we were given 8 smaller envelops with little "challenges" for us to do over the 8 day testing period. But these are no mundane challenges... these are challenges to encourage us to "live a little" while the serum does what it does best.
Today, being Monday means I am on my 4th day of using the serum, and I have to say that I think I am seeing an improvement in my skins softness, I haven't noticed a major change in the pigmentation yet, but I am only half way through, and I am still using my Idéalia Dark Spot Pro Correcting Serum (as advised by the Lovely Vichy Lady at the event).
And I will be dancing to George Micheal's song Freedom... cos that is what is says on the card for today. And since himself has taken the day off... I will also be trying to find a pair of shoes similar to this lovely lady:
I am interested to see what the long term benefits will be of using the serum will be... I am going to a wedding on Saturday where I plan on living a lot, and this serum will get a throughrough testing then. Expect a follow up review on the Vichy Idéalia Life Serum in a month or so.
If you are interested... you can buy your own very Purdy bottle of Vichy Idéalia Life Serum at Pharmacies for a RRP of €34.50
v intrigued to see the results :)
