Local is Lovely: Bia Beauty Detox Body Scrub

Have you heard of Bia Beauty? Have you? If you have read any Irish Publication that has a beauty section, you should have heard of this Cork based company that hand makes their natural beauty & body products. And the Detox Body Scrub is a flipping awesome product.

While the wee samples I received to try were in little pots, the Product actually comes in a very handy 250ml  bottle equipped with a pump dispenser. 

A Pump! So no more scraping product out of a jar and having to try to put the lid back on the jar with slippy-gritty hands!!! No more watered down product cos you accidentally get water in the jar!!! 

The Detox Body Scrub is a lovely scrubby scrub, combining castor oil with sweet almond oil and apricot kernel grains for a properly satisfying scrub. Lemon, grapefruit, juniper, rosemary, fennel, ginger and black pepper essential oils give an uplifting fragrance while also detoxifying and stimulating the skin.

It is also the PERFECT prep scrub before you tan! 

250mls costs just €19.95 and it is worth it. This is going to last you ages. I literally only needed a fingertip-ful of this creamy gritty scrub to do a whole leg. I needed just over half the wee tub to do my whole body. So 250mls is really going to last a long time.

While this is the only thing I have tried from Bia Beauty so far, the Apple Blossom Body Butter is on my list...
