Cheap and Cheerful... and Easy

The kids are on school holidays and make-up is easy and quick and fuss free. I used 2 brushes, an ELF Shadow brush and a Virgin Vie Brow/Angled Brush.

I am officially finished with my Catrice Photo Finish foundation. But I have another one. I like it so much. It does give good coverage and its comfy to wear. Longevity is nothing like the Luxe brands, but for €6.99 its a great everyday foundation. I have been mixing it with my Aldi Moisture serum for a quick easy moisture boost and to make it go a bit further.

This is a New Shade from Catrice. Ooops, Nude did it Again is a lovely cream colour with a teensy hint of shimmer that is perfect for a nude look. It adds just enough colour to create a really pretty subtle eye. My New Favorite. Its costs a budget friendly €3.29.

Stupid me, scratched it when I opened it

I know it looks a bit white, but its not.
I lined a thick line of Avons Glimmer Stick Diamonds Liner in Brown Sugar and set it with Catrice Starlight Espresso. I also smudged a bit of this into my lower lash line for a teeny bit of definition.

Starlight Espresso also adds subtle brow definition.

One coat of Avon Super Curlacious mascara in Black and a sweep of Kate Moss for Rimmel in #08 on the lips.
Top to Bottom: Ooops Nude did it again, Starlight Espresso,
Glimmer Stick Brown Sugar,  Rimmel #08

Easy Peasy look that I managed to slap on in 10 minutes flat. My Hair, on the other hand, is anything but Flat. I wish it would decide to be curly or be straight.

Not a bit of both.

  1. Have been meaning to check out some more Catrice stuff but it would involve a bit of travel. Have heard great stuff about the shadows especially!
