A Sick Husband.
A Sick Child (the one who had heart surgery in March, which is a bit worrying)
Another Sick Child.
A Sick Self.
So this is what I have been doing the last 2 weeks. Shovelling soggy tissues, administrating medication, seeing to all basic needs, and all non basic needs. For the first week nobody knew anything. I had cleverly scheduled posts, thinking that I would only be out a week. Hind sight is 20/20.
Although, the world doesn't stop when the Mammy gets sick. Washing still needs to be done, food needs to be cooked and kids still need to get to school. I took my sick time while the kids were at school.
09h15 until 11h50.
I had to squeeze all my sickness into those few hours. Bloody hell.
I should have been blogging.... but I got sick instead.
Yes those are my spotty Pj's, those are my Tissues, and that is my Santa. His name is 2Thumbs :) |
I hope you are all feeling better soon!I know the feeling. Mums are not allowed to be sick!!I love your Santa:)

Ohhh it's horrible, isn't it? I can cope when everyone else is sick, but I dread getting sick myself because I know that I have to keep going or the whole lot goes to hell! Hope you are all feeling better soon x
ReplyDeleteThanks Ladies, I seem to be getting over it now... back in the blogger chair!
